Here you will find authentic flavors that only the country can offer, the most ancient and true: wine cellars and olive oil extra virgin  that many farmers produce for his family and will be proud to let you taste.  

Among the delicates you can not miss the ricotta cassatele (panzarotti fried ), the cannoli of Fulgatore, the "rianata" a pizza with garlic and cheese, spicy sausage,  the "busiati" (fresh pasta) served with pesto trapanese and toasted almonds.  

Don't miss a trip to Erice lso for its handcrafts: brightly colored hand-made carpets, pottery and traditional almond cakies wrapped in the traditional way of cloistered nuns.

In our garden you will find instead the variety of fruit that each season offers including prickly pears, mulberries blacks, figs, lotus, aprocots and tangerines like an  Arabian gardens .

Arounds there are large fields of melons and little tomatoes red .
